Apply for Good To Go! - Options

Apply online for Good To Go!

Other options to open a prepaid Good To Go! toll account are:

  • By phone at 1-866-936-8246
  • By fax at 253-853-4235
  • By mail, or in person at a customer service center.
  • Use your credit card, or labeled debit card to apply for Good To Go! over the phone, or by fax.
  • Use your credit card, labeled debit card, check or money order to apply for Good To Go! by mail.
  • All forms of payment (credit card, debit card, check, money order, cash) are accepted in person at the customer service centers.

Please do not send cash in the mail.

Minimum required prepaid balance

The minimum balance for a Good To Go! account is $30, plus transponder costs, for individual accounts. However, if you are a frequent commuter or a multi-axle account holder, we recommend that you prepay at least one month's toll balance for all vehicles on the account.

Windshield transponder shields

Transponder shields for the SR 167 HOT lanes may now be ordered on-line. Shields may also be ordered electronically by emailing customer service at goodtogo@goodtogo.wsdot.wa.gov.
