E-mail alerts are designed to inform our customers of disruptions in service due to tide cancellations, or highway and bridge closures that may impact their commute to or from the various ferry terminals. Other uses for our e-mail alert system include notifying customers of upcoming construction, inspections, maintenance, or when there is downsizing of a route capacity. You can sign up for email or pager alerts.

Is your card wearing out? Bar code not reading? Here’s how to replace your worn out ReValue Card.
WSF will reprint your card for no charge. Contact us at wave2go@wsdot.wa.gov and give us your bar code number, name and contact information and we can reprint your card. When we reprint, your worn card will no longer work, so help us coordinate the best time to turn off your old card and mail you a new one.
