Please do not call the Consultant Services Office to verify receipt of your Statement of Qualifications or to check on the status of an advertisement.

Advertisement Status

Open and closed advertisements can be found on the appropriate Web page for the advertisement of interest. As information becomes available, it is provided as follows:

Open ads are placed on the "Open Advertisements" page until the submittal due date/time.
After the due date has passed, the ad is relocated to the "Closed Advertisements" page. Ad status is tracked as tasks are completed.
Older, closed advertisements are archived. Archived advertisements are available by contacting the Headquarters Consultant Services Office at (360) 705-7104 or e-mailing Consultant Services.
